work environment is friendly, company owners are involved, hard work and smart work is appreciated. Insurance is a good package with many options.

Cons

Pay is okay - not bad, not stellar. PTO does not accrue and is basically your vacation, dr visits, sick days all in one.

Friendly Staff and Easy Scheduling. A good work-life balance.

Cons

Very poor pay, no direct path to move up, no incentive to work hard. A large number of employees have very little drive due to a lack of incentives. Quality is low because there is no sense of ownership in the manufacturing department.
