Pros
Coworkers are the best I have ever had compared to any other workplace. Learned more useful information about sales/construction than I ever anticipated (from working on the floor/customers), Very useful to take to another job. Time off/working with schedules.
Cons
So many chiefs. So many standard operating procedures. Systems are down every other day. Sales get the brunt of the procedures to follow. We also get the brunt of dealing with unhappy customers and management tries to avoid stepping in to help. They squeeze every bit of use out of you until you can hardly take it anymore. Promotions are so randomly distributed. Training is a work in progress but right now it is not good. Too much family being over family/creates people getting treated special.
