This Company is very easy going. They know ppl are human and ppl make mistakes & want you to learn for them .This company understands family values and are flexible when it comes to scheduling time needed for family and home events. I don't ever have to miss my kids actives with them. The sales team I work with are the best.

Cons

The pay is not the best for what all we do. I know I even do alot outside of work to help get more contractors. Communication is not always some ppls strong point around here.

Friendly Staff and Easy Scheduling. A good work-life balance.

Cons

Very poor pay, no direct path to move up, no incentive to work hard. A large number of employees have very little drive due to a lack of incentives. Quality is low because there is no sense of ownership in the manufacturing department.
