      Good family to life balance...

      Cons

      ...they work on their schedule. Even though you have a holiday day off you still have to do the work the next day (doubling your work load for the day and putting you behind their schedule).

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
