The culture is unsupportive and can feel intimidating rather than developmental. Onboarding is about one week and largely consists of watching pre-recorded videos, with zero real coaching. There is no opportunity for outbound outreach, everything is scripted, and you are required to use company email templates without deviation. Calls are pre-set (3-4 a day) and labeled as “qualified,” but the show rate sits around 30%, making quota extremely difficult to achieve. At the time of my tenure, no one on the team was hitting quota, and the base salary is low relative to expectations. Questions are not always welcomed, and feedback may be delivered publicly (you will be made an example of) Direction is limited; new hires are expected to figure things out using a vague document that covers only a handful of scenarios. Job security can feel uncertain, with reports of employees being let go abruptly and with little explanation. CEO likes to call people out in a group setting.
