Pros

Incredible Company and great teams to work with, love being part of my local community and it is wonderful helping businesses with their marketing. Flexible working hours and a wonderful company to work for.

Cons

I dont have any complaints. I takes a while to get started and gaining an income as it is purely commission based, but if you work hard and you have quality clients, it is great.

Pros

I’ve been with this company for going on a decade. I’ve actually have given them a 5 star rating prior to this review but with updates and leadership changes/ strategies, I cannot give the same rating. The company is going down hill.

Cons

I’ve actually given them a 5 star rating prior to this review but with updates and leadership changes/ strategies, I cannot give the same rating. The company is going down hill. The working for free idea, especially in leadership will not work out for them in the long run. Sad… They want you to launch a profitable business and then keep doing it for them and taking on more overhead. Both print and digital. Then, with no actual compensation, they will ask you to join the leadership team, only if you are one of the few that are able to make a come up. They will then try to tease you with bonuses as a leader that by the law of averages prohibits you ever from achieving a return on your time. At least if you think your time is worth more than $30/hour. They need to tighten the loose boards on their ship. Yikes!
