Free-will, a concept that has been deminished within Corporate America but lives on within BVM. The culture, the support and the unbelievable opportunity to take your career to the next level. You always feel like a team no matter how many days you're alone in the field. I cannot write enough good things about BVM, Dave Durand and all of management. A true life changing experience!
