      The work culture pushes you to be your best. Work from home and set your own hours. You essentially decide how much you will earn.

      Cons

      Not a clock in clock out mindless job. You must put in independent effort to succeed

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
