      Pros

      -Great people, from top to bottom -Family friendly -Great company culture -Hard work and loyalty are rewarded -Competitive salary and benefits -Leadership is down to earth and approachable

      Cons

      -The main negative is that it is hard to find the negatives of working here! -Many of us at the home office have quite a commute. It would be awesome if BVM had an office closer to the Milwaukee metro area.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
