Pros
Hands down the best work expereince I have ever had. I started with Best Version Media in a sales role and have since moved into a home office role. I have had many positions within many different industries and none of them compare to working at Best Version Media. I have been an entry level employee and I've been in management. Most places I've work had a divide between employees and managment, but not so with Best Version Media. There is a real sense of everyone being on the same level just in different roles. This is a level of professional respect I have never seen and is the number one reason why I love it here. The expected work hours, compensation and benefits are all very fair and there is always room for advancement.
Cons
I honestly can not think of a negative thing to say. This isn't a place you should come if you want to mail it in or coast. The sales side requires you to work hard and it's not for everyone but you get out what you put in. As for the office role, everyone works hard every day doing what they do and they expect the same from their co-workers. It's a great enviroment to be in and so nice to be a part of a great company like one.
