      This opportunity allows for publishers to make a positive community impact. The culture at Best Version Media is second to none. Exceptional training provided by the CEO himself, Dave Durand. The compensation structure is uncapped commission, but still allows for stability. Home office provides support to publishers in the field. This job has all of the benefits of owning a small business, and a support structure that makes us feel secure and stable!

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
