      Pros

      I look forward to my work with BVM every day. From the great people I get to work alongside, to the challenging but rewarding tasks I perform, I can honestly say I love what I do! We work with wonderful writers and Publishers all over the country to help bring people together through uplifting, interesting and high-quality content, and the company culture certainly leads by example. If you have a chance to work with us or read one of our magazines, you won't regret it.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.

      We recognize that success in this role requires significant effort, especially in the early stages, and understand it may not be the right fit for everyone. However, the characterization in this review is not accurate. Our Publishers (sales representatives) earn revenue by selling print and digital marketing solutions to local businesses, not through recruitment. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
