      Pros

      Incredible culture- supportive and positive and it flows throughout the entire organization from the top down. The opportunity at BVM is like no other. Sure, you have to work for it, but you get out what you put in. I have been with this company going on 3 years and the only regret I have is that I did not find it sooner. It gets better every day.

      Cons

      It takes hard work and perseverance to get to print- but the rewards are totally worth it.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
