      Pros

      You decide your income. It weeds out people who refuse to work. The culture is outstanding. The leadership is first-class. You're not judged when you fail. The training is fantastic.

      Cons

      It's not for everyone, but what job is. I'd love to actually talk to these people who call it a scam, gosh, call it difficult but don't ruin it for others because your inadequate.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
