      Pros

      Plan all set out for you. You can be as successful as you would like in your own business. There is no one to check on you but there are people to help if you get stuck. Wonderful way to meet those in your community and do some good for the residents along with local small to mid size businesses.

      Cons

      If you are not willing to work you will not be successful

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
