      Pros

      Phenomenal leadership, training, and top notch culture. What drew me to the opportunity was the ability to essentially be my own boss, earn high commissions, and residual income. The business is extremely simple and the company gives you all the tools for success!

      Cons

      If you are not a self motivated individual, you may find this challenging as it is an entrepreneurial role and not a good fit for everyone.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
