      Potentially you can make your own hours.

      Cons

      Not everyone is above bored and honest in this company. They have been keeping money out of publishers Bassline to pay the content coordinators and then not paying the said money that was taken out of the revenue to pay said content coordinators. This happened not just to me but to other publishers as well. When you start asking questions they take the magazine away from you and don’t talk to you again.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
