      Pros

      -Uncapped commission earnings potential - Flexible schedule (no micromanagement) - Your own business - Leadership support - Daily training - You do not have to reinvent the wheel, its all done for you to follow - Incredible culture

      Cons

      -If you don't treat this like a full time job, it won't pay you like one. -This is not for people who don't have an entrepreneurial/ growth mindset. -You need to work hard, nothing is handed to you. - Commission structure ( if you don't like that) - Can take some time to "get to print" but again, these cons are only cons for people who don't believe & TRUST the process.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
