      Pros

      Most supportive company I’ve ever worked for. Constant guidance, feedback, and training opportunities. Regular bonus offerings. You really get plugged into your community. Fantastic commission structure.

      Cons

      It is a gritty job as with any sales role. Can occasionally feel defeating, but that’s simply when you double down. Sales role so there are no benefits as it is a 1099 role.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
