Not only is the opportunity fantastic, the entire team at BVM is amazing from the top down. If you're ready to work hard and be rewarded for holding yourself up to being the best version of yourself, then get ready to join an amazing company. Anyone interested in being a true entrepreneur (which means being willing to take a hard look at your strengths and weaknesses, holding yourself accountable for high standards and providing real value to the community you serve) than maybe BVM is a fit.
Cons
If you're someone who expects to get anything for nothing than BVM isn't going to work for you. If you need someone to hold your hand, join your pity party or micro manage you....keep walking. We only work with self managing rock stars
