      Pros

      There is a great support system built into the entire process of going to print at BVM. People were accessible whenever I needed help.

      Cons

      The multiple texts and calls per day were overwhelming - especially in the beginning when all I needed to do was be on the phone getting appointments. As an independent contractor it gets frustrating at times being treated like an hourly employee. I know the reasoning behind it though,

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
