      Vacation starts at roughly 3 weeks (2 weeks and 4 floating holidays). Best 401K match I've seen, matches 6% plus 3% auto contribute so 9% annually.

      Cons

      No loyalty to employees insurance costs are very high for families Micro managing.

      Pros

      Ever-changing events . Something new ever day.

      Cons

      You work with individuals who have a level of entitlement of thinking the this and that is theirs. That's t heir space, this is their drawer. You can't do "xyz" but constantly asking you to be in said space while your job is at the front desk . Not not the kitchen. Not the laudryroom or washroom. The entire things is crazy.
