Pros
This was a great place to gain industry experience and the pay was better than average. You work with great peers and if you surround yourself with hard workers, you will do well. They definitely value those who can both talk the talk and walk the walk- meaning that those who are not above doing the "grunt" work to get things done were appreciated and rewarded.
Cons
In a few years, you tend to hit a limit to your professional growth. There are very few opportunities of upward mobility once you get to the management level. They tend to shift people around laterally-which is good for gaining experience, but not so good if you want to move up the ladder.
