      - Team work within own department - New branding hotel in Malaysia - Part of an International Branding group

      Cons

      - No co-operation amongst other department; eg: Front Office & Housekeeping etc - High turnover of staffs - Location of hotel is hard to find

      Pros

      Ever-changing events . Something new ever day.

      Cons

      You work with individuals who have a level of entitlement of thinking the this and that is theirs. That's t heir space, this is their drawer. You can't do "xyz" but constantly asking you to be in said space while your job is at the front desk . Not not the kitchen. Not the laudryroom or washroom. The entire things is crazy.
