Pros

- Getting to socialize with a broad spectrum of people. - I've been offered different jobs from guests when I move. - I get a lot of free time during Night Audits.

Cons

- The owner does not put herself in our shoes, she tends to be very condescending. - The pay is way too low, $7.60 an hour, I wouldn't be able to survive if I wasn't living with my mom. - There are no benefits, no raises, no real motivation to do better. - We are told that we "MUST" take the BWI training, but they want us to do more than just Front Desk training, yet they don't want to pay us more to learn more. - Employees are constantly quitting or getting fired. - The owner is constantly watching you over the cameras, which can make you feel very uneasy at times. - When you make a mistake or lose a sale, she calls you right away and asks why you lost that person then gives you a lecture. - The shifts are never consistent, I'll work three 9 hours shifts, get two days off, work one 3 and a half hour shift, then the next day come in for a 6 hour shift. - Barely make over 70 hours every two weeks.

Pros

Ever-changing events . Something new ever day.

Cons

You work with individuals who have a level of entitlement of thinking the this and that is theirs. That's t heir space, this is their drawer. You can't do "xyz" but constantly asking you to be in said space while your job is at the front desk . Not not the kitchen. Not the laudryroom or washroom. The entire things is crazy.
