Pros
Good management, free breakfast in the mornings after the guests were done with it, good pay, especially for overtime, we were allowed to read a book or use phones or personal laptops, etc, if there were no guests and it was really slow.
Cons
Breaks had to be taken in the front lobby and if a guest needed help you had to help them, so if you were the only person working front desk often you wouldn't be able to take the full half hour without being interrupted (you also had to answer the phones too). Also there were some really shitty guests to deal with.
