Too many managers who are unqualified; too many people managers period in my dept. Below Average Pay Scale Hourly people practically have to beg for overtime. CEO is uptight and does not care about employees - just hoteliers. Hoteliers know how to work the system (the company has taught them how) - some don't care if they get an employee in trouble, as long as they get what they want. Everyone is so afraid the CEO will get involved, they usually just give the hoteliers what they want, even if it's not right, even if it costs the company which costs the other hoteliers money (since it is a membership organization).
