Pros

The place was fun to work at. One's co-workers almost became family. I still keep in touch with many people who work (for over 30 years) or worked there over the years. One was rewarded well for good work performance.

Cons

The pay was somewhat low at entry level positions but there was upward mobility if one was patient. There was also shift work as the call center was a 24/7 operation. This could be difficult if one could not be flexible with their working hours.

Pros

Ever-changing events . Something new ever day.

Cons

You work with individuals who have a level of entitlement of thinking the this and that is theirs. That's t heir space, this is their drawer. You can't do "xyz" but constantly asking you to be in said space while your job is at the front desk . Not not the kitchen. Not the laudryroom or washroom. The entire things is crazy.
