Pros

They have covered parking and have renovated the bathrooms. However the call center is a dark, noisy, dingy windowless room and it's very difficult to hear who's one the phone because of extreme noise. it's just one big bull pen, no cubicles.

Cons

Excessively punitive and inconsistent management style; outstanding performance with one supervisor may result in termination by the next one. very possible to have 5 or 6 different supervisors in a single year; discontinued any meaningful sales incentives; starting pay barely above minimum wage; plan on working below the poverty level indefinitely even if you are a top performer; morale has never been lower; it's a good old boys club like the sweat shops in the far eastern part of the world, which is where the CEO and owner David Kong is from; you're expected to work your tail off, honor the company, and receive next to nothing for a job well done.

Pros

Ever-changing events . Something new ever day.

Cons

You work with individuals who have a level of entitlement of thinking the this and that is theirs. That's t heir space, this is their drawer. You can't do "xyz" but constantly asking you to be in said space while your job is at the front desk . Not not the kitchen. Not the laudryroom or washroom. The entire things is crazy.
