Pros

Extra 4 floating holidays Sick time can accrue and roll over if unused Generous 401K matching Coworkers are easy-going

Cons

As of May 24, 2021 remote work will not be allowed unless you are in IT or call center - or have extenuating circumstances which needs CEO approval, or you need a medical accommodation. Our hotel employees work full time at hotels so we are expected to work full time in-person at HQ or the GOC in Phoenix, AZ, 5 days per week, no hybrid schedules. Low morale - Between people getting laid-off, fired or just leaving over the past few years we are lacking staff to do the job.

Pros

Ever-changing events . Something new ever day.

Cons

You work with individuals who have a level of entitlement of thinking the this and that is theirs. That's t heir space, this is their drawer. You can't do "xyz" but constantly asking you to be in said space while your job is at the front desk . Not not the kitchen. Not the laudryroom or washroom. The entire things is crazy.
