Pros

All employees know one another by first name. Supervisors tend to support each other especially when you are new. Most long time employees are very knowledgeable and are helpful.

Cons

Best Westerns are privately owned businesses and management has a high turnover rate. It is unstructured and they do not have to play by the rules. There are numerous non citizens, as a results, if you are cheap labor and a hard worker you can be treated fairly. Easily management can treat you unfairly which is why management and supervisor has a high turnover rate. Depending on your negotiation skills you can be paid well especially for the location in Grand Canyon.

Pros

Ever-changing events . Something new ever day.

Cons

You work with individuals who have a level of entitlement of thinking the this and that is theirs. That's t heir space, this is their drawer. You can't do "xyz" but constantly asking you to be in said space while your job is at the front desk . Not not the kitchen. Not the laudryroom or washroom. The entire things is crazy.
