Limited to none internal promotions, lateral moves are available, which means no title change or salary increase. Insurance is expensive. Company is a non-profit organization. Annual salary increase or bonus (if eligible) are minimal even if you, your department or the company did an outstanding job, hitting targets and stretches on scorecards.
