Pros

The company works with my school schedule. The hours are pretty flexible. With time you start to relate to other co-workers about the struggles.

Cons

The pay is way too low. There are people that have worked here for over 8 years and getting paid minimum wage still. Management doesn't communicate well at all with associates. They don't trust us to do certain tasks. When praise should be given; it never is. The reviews should be done quarterly to gauge progress. Write-ups usually happen more than good feedback. Also management wants you available 24/7 unless you specify in your availability.

Pros

Ever-changing events . Something new ever day.

Cons

You work with individuals who have a level of entitlement of thinking the this and that is theirs. That's t heir space, this is their drawer. You can't do "xyz" but constantly asking you to be in said space while your job is at the front desk . Not not the kitchen. Not the laudryroom or washroom. The entire things is crazy.
