It's a paycheck, that's about it

Cons

They will lie to you about everything to get you in and once your there it's a whole different story , they take care of their favorites . They dont pay for job after job . They lie to you and the customer constantly

- If you love car sales and are great with objections, it's possible to make $80k/yr - High commission cap

Cons

-None of the different areas of the dealership properly communicate - BDC (business development center) is atrocious and all levels of management are aware. You will have to market yourself since there are too many sales reps to rely on walk-ins
