Pros
Good team dynamics, nice place to make a few bucks through university
Cons
You are told that it is non commission based so there is no pressure to sell but when you don't consistently put out good numbers you are treated poorly and maybe even written up. Some of management pull some shady things to get people approved...So many problems with this company I do not recommend!
