Customer service and interactions are extremely benificial to both parties and I constantly learn new things everyday. I feel my skills develop more each day.
Cons
Not a set schedule. It affects performance and it affects sales. If your employees are exhausted from the crazy shifts you make them work, theyre not going to perform as good.
