Pros
Bestbuy has a priority to create comraderee between your co-workers. Morning games, non-commission, helping eachother hit goals, it was very team friendly. The perks of the discount, Sonos/tv deals at 50%-70% off (crazy) was like the cherry on top. If you're young and love tech, its the perfect plug for you.
Cons
Without commission, you're not incentivized. The bonuses are very weak. (although mostly made up in yearly employee deals)
