The company culture exhibits a tight-knit, laid-back atmosphere.

Cons

Projects are small, lack any real complexity, though, it's just the nature of the work at the firm - the firm does mostly municipal and state level work so usually there's nothing too complex.

Pros

It is truly local, with some nice, well-meaning people throughout all offices, and I like that they mostly do municipal projects rather than working with developers. I believe the quality of the services is good across service areas.

Cons

It takes 6 years to become a full "employee owner". Lots of turnover makes building relationships/networking frustrating. Seniority is huge here. Management is very reactive in general and transparency is low.
