Pros
Great residents, free parking, free coffee and tea, Most coworkers are great and everybody gets along pretty much, we do have some great supervisors.
Cons
$0.20 raises, poor management, they said they care about your opinion they really do not they don't want to hear it. On holidays you don't get paid time and a half, and if your parent you only get $10 an hour, no benefits no nothing
