Pros
Pros ... not the pay or benefits, not the culture, not the leadership ... I think the remote work is all there is. I did like a few people.
Cons
There is a pervasive culture of favoritism and retaliation, shifting the blame, mixed with "leaders" who are mediocre at best and often inept. I was hired for one job then told to do another. The anxiety of inexperienced leadership results in everything, hence nothing, being a priority, shifting strategies to find something that works, and finger-pointing. Execs are constantly trying new strategies to stay afloat. Racking up a LOT of failures. I don't expect this company to be around for much longer, at least in its current state. Sociopathic behaviour from leaders. Don't waste your time or talent here.
