      Pros

      -Remote work environment -The mission is OK, but promoted pretty dramatically -If you get in the right role, you don’t have to work much (but you have to stay a favorite)

      Cons

      -Micromanagement leadership -So many meetings -Company is stuck in a small space with no creativity to get out -Growth is so slow despite big talk from the top -Employee benefits and pay are far below standards elsewhere -Egos and Predatory behaviors from executive team -Pick up a new revolutionary leadership or tracking technique every year (that ultimately doesn’t work) -Half the team doesn’t work at all, and the other half is way over worked

      Pros

      Working at BetterRx feels meaningful. Every project and every conversation is centered around making a difference for patients and partners. This is one of the most collaborative teams I’ve ever been part of. Everyone is rowing in the same direction, and there’s a strong culture of mutual respect, transparency, and support. The company goes above and beyond for its clients and partners. Their success is a top priority, and it shows in how we build, communicate, and deliver.

      Cons

      Some internal processes are still being developed or optimized, which is normal for a scaling company. It’s exciting to help shape them.
