- it’s a brand new product to the world! We’re literally building the market for it and that’s not easy. There’s a ton of lessons to be learned and if you’re not comfortable being uncomfortable then this job won’t be for you. You have to be in it for the long game and be willing to test, fail and try again! A lot of time there is no instruction book or formula to follow. - The pace and the demands can be stressful.
