Pros
Some great co-workers (the ones with integrity); competitive salary
Cons
Wow. If you read any of the interviews under 3 stars here, that should give you an accurate picture. Many of us were silo’d (in fear) and was refreshed to see that there was more commonalities in this horrific and toxic work environment than I realized, simply by reading these reviews. Someday, this will be an organizational case study on how an organization slowly evolved and festered into a mirror of the narcissistic CEO that oversees it. There is a Stephen Covey description of the ‘character’ vs ‘personality’ ethic. Look that up. This organization is squarely on the wrong side of that. I mean, Jeezus - having new employees post Glassdoor reviews with the first few weeks? Really?! I think I read another review here - if you stripped those away, this org would be well under 3 stars. And unfortunately 90% of the people I work with here who actually ‘thrive’ are themselves at some level of psychopathology or trauma-bonded. What’s even sicker is many here are actually psychologists that see it all but do nothing. There are a few other standouts here that seem like poster children. It’s nauseous. The best (meaning high integrity, highly effective and just plain solid human beings) employees left or were managed out (and yes, HR, people were very aware of your tactics) in early 2022 it seemed. It would be one thing if this was truly an organization just going through ‘transitions’ - it is not. It is sick AF. (((HR - don’t even bother responding to this. Your canned answers and deflection are so transparently sick, don’t even bother, please. Y’all need to cure the coward bug running through your department))) Stay away, unless you have a really great mental health coach to help bail the water out of this sinking, sick, festering ship. Don’t. Just don’t.
