Pros
100% remote forever - unlikely to change 2 weeks off during summer & holidays + random days off for "inner work" - pretty nice & generally work as advertised. A lot of smart & kind coworkers, very friendly (mostly ICs) Depending on role & team, may have good work/life balance
Cons
No company strategy or goal - a lot of "visionary" speak that never materializes into real planning. Company has a re-org almost every quarter, impossible to keep track of who owns what. Incredibly political - the FOA (friends of Alexi) club is very real, and technical roles are NOT exempt from politics. Coworkers often spend more time justifying work to leadership than actually working. Toxic positivity is so rampant that even asking clarifying questions about a project can trigger alarm bells in leadership. Career growth (outside of politics) is virtually nonexistent - leadership makes ICs "owners" and then override their decisions & change work scope whenever they feel like it. Often happens after getting alignment and submitting promised deliverables. Taking it with a smile is the only way to get ahead here.
