Pros

They make the best products in their industries. Compensation is fair. Benefits are excellent. I believe management is trying to make it a better place to work.

Cons

Very Very Regimented! Processes and operations are way to complicated with an overabundance of duplicate paperwork. Too many operational software programs, none of which work with any other. All IT is controlled from Germany. They are their own worst enemy.
