Pros
Good learning environment, fast paced, different situations everyday. Doctors and Nurses were willing to teach you many, many things and decent work schedule.
Cons
Management sucked the life out of patient care by turning it into "customer care". Management has put profits in front of staff upkeep and morale. Turn out rate there is ridiculous (particularly in the ER) due to the EXTREMELY low morale bought about by management's new "customer care" policy. The environment there is also hostile. With "legacy" employees ganging up on the newer staff. Too cliquey for my liking.
