Business Outlook
Pros
Hospital provided bonuses to employees twice in 2014. Starting pay. CEO and COO seem to really care about employees. For the most part, co-workers get along well and help one another out. Everyone comes together to help in an emergency. Excellent training of new hires.
Cons
Raises are very small. Frequently not enough staff on inpatient units either due to scheduling or inadequate hiring. Since merger with Lahey, budget cuts limiting departmental growth in some areas.
