I the management writing these glowing reviews or is it the overpaid overstaffed nurses

Cons

Bad benefits, miserable people, too many nurses sitting around doing nothing. Other people run a hospital and we have science backgrounds. Just because we opted not to take the "easy" route and do Nursing doesn't mean we aren't valuable
