NP, medical assistants are excellent. Hospital staff excellent but overworked and underpaid. Fabulous L and D nurses

Cons

poor communication and lack of transparency with management. Did not communicate changes in roles, staff to ANYONE, including office manager. management unconcerned with patient care, did not negotiate anything with staff, salary not commensurate with work
