I worked at Bevi for a year and really enjoyed my experience there. I found my coworkers to be an awesome support group and loved the teamwork mentality. The company moves fast, so the work is never boring and your work matters as does your perspective. I found it easy to have clear and honest communication with my coworkers and management while simultaneously maintaining a light-hearted and fun work environment.

The company moves quickly so constant change is inevitable

Pros

Incredible culture, ownership of projects, and lots of learning opportunities. The employees have created so many different clubs that co-ops can also join, and it's a great way to get involved and be part of the community! Sustainability also shows up in so many ways around the office, from the every-day green initiatives, encouragement to take public transport over driving, and our annual Carbon Kaizen. And of course, they have the cutest dogs.
